Design Fee Breakdown

Fees for design work are generally calculated as a percentage of the total fit-out cost for the project in question.

Our guideline design fee percentage runs between 12 - 15%, depending on the size and complexity of the project.

Alternatively we offer the option of an agreed fixed fee at the outset of the project
